K1 之 報讀幼稚園

K1是日本很有名的自由博擊格鬥項目,對大部份父母來說,報讀幼稚園低班 (K1) 的辛苦程度也不相伯仲。

早備了二大本報幼稚園的天書,這幾個星期嘗試不斷和家長討論,可惜又因小B咳和感冒加感染爸爸,再加上適當預備,外籍優材續約和小B生日,這計劃又推遲了。

但有一些報名表已出(一間名校的表格只出一天),實在已是迫在眉睫,無論如何本星期也要落實了。

很多家長可能覺得「打K1」比「報 K1」容易得多了….

  1. 報讀K1是幾歲開始的?

    • 小學規定最早要五歲八個月,所以K1一定要入學時足兩歲八個月。

  4. 深有同感,我搵工18 個位1000份以上申請,我的對策是hr /Job Agent/online application 那邊照報,但同時弄一份business proposal 給HR director,由他決定是否轉寄給請人的經理。我的理論是HR只知道公司不需要什麼人,而經理才是真正的recruiters,It ‘s very important to reach the right person 。
    現在做父母真是左右為難,我那份business proposal是在連踩17 小時寫論文後弄出來,之後還要與時間競賽,那HR director 一回覆說要full application就要在1小時內做最後整理後寄出去,難以想像到我下一代,那競爭環境又變成怎樣。
    希望小B可以順利進入適合她的幼稚園。

    But you are right……only line managers are recruiters (most HR’s have no front line management experience so they can only guess what kind of specifications each department needs) and getting around HR people is a big hassle.

    Whatever it maybe, I will try my best…:)

    • If you don’t mind ,I would suggest you talk to 小B later on, the Whole Process.
      The reason Why I make this suggestion is when I adopt this job seeking strategy,no one teach me, I learning it from exploring ,my own life experience and some stories SHARE from my University HRM lecturer.He is a really good coach ,when I listened to his story 3 years ago ,I didn’t understand .Now when I am facing the similar situation as my teacher, what he said became the light in my life, Guiding me through this darkness. I just feel the competition is inevitable , it’s maybe good for 小B learn something from you first.
      And don’t forget to have a nice dinner with your family after the whole process, Good Luck!

    • The HR director I contacted, He work as global business manger before, that ‘s why I approached him,and I guess he let the line manager make the final decision since he forward all my documents to same colleagues.

      I hope you don’t mind but I think maybe you can share this process with 小B later on. My rationale is ,when I adopt the job seeking strategies, no one teach me how to do,what I rely on is my life experience,independent thinking and the Stories SHARE by My university’s HRM lecturer.He is a really good coach ,good in inspiring people by personal experiences. I didn’t understand what he said 3 years ago, but Now when I am facing the similar situation , what he said is the light in my life, guiding me through this darkness.

      If competition is inevitable, it’s always good for 小B to learn something from you first, rather than the cruel reality.

      And don’t forget to have a nice dinner with your family after the long application process( I miss HK restaurants alot :P ). Good Luck!
